Despite facing financial hardship after her divorce, Michele persevered and used her experience to help others, leading to the creation of Divorce Dollars & Sense. Passionate about guiding clients through complex financial matters beyond a family law attorney’s scope, she empowers them to regain control of their lives and finances. Many come to her feeling hopeless, but her goal is to provide education, independence, and a strong divorce team to support their journey forward.

Mat Eilerts is a highly respected family law attorney practicing in Missouri and Illinois, with nearly 20 years of experience handling complex divorce and custody cases. As a skilled litigator, mediator, and guardian ad litem, he tailors his approach to each client's unique needs. Recognized as a top-rated attorney by Super Lawyers (2014-2025) and Best Lawyers in Missouri (2017-2025), Mat is dedicated to advocating for families. He is also actively involved in local bar associations and served as president of the St. Louis County Bar Association in 2013.

Amy is grateful to provide counseling and mediation services, offering support to survivors of abuse, families navigating divorce and co-parenting, and individuals seeking direction in life. With over 20 years of experience, she takes a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to foster growth and change. Amy believes each story is unique and works alongside her clients to navigate challenges with courage and care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, savoring morning tea, sitting around campfires, and embarking on new adventures.

Ashley Shula joined Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts in 2019 and is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and Missouri. She concentrates her practice exclusively in family and domestic law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, maintenance, child custody, child support, orders of protection, and modification matters. Ashley graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she was the vice president of the Family Law Association and the president of the Public Interest Law Group. Her interest in family law began while interning at Land of Lincoln Legal Aid in Illinois, where she later worked as an attorney, representing survivors of domestic violence in family law matters. Ashley remains involved with Land of Lincoln as a member of the Young Friends Board.
